Our products are made to order, therefore we finish them for you and send it ONLY once you order. This makes the shipping times longer, but it's way more sustainable than overproduction.

How are the shipping costs calculated?

What are the delivery times?
We start the production of your products within 2 to 4 days after ordering. Then you need to count the shipping time: from 3 to 10 working days in the European Union. In the rest of the world, the delay is 5 to 14 working days. During periods of confinement or holidays, the deadlines can be longer, regardless of our will.
How do I know the status of my order?
As soon as the products are ready and we'll hand them to che courier, you'll receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. So you can follow the progress of your order directly on the dedicated site of the service.
What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?
The courier will either try to return or leave a transit advice note in your mailbox. Please contact them directly to reschedule the delivery.
